The Moral Economy Campaign works to ensure that families in working-class communities are at the tables where economic policy is shaped in their cities, counties, and state.
Every person, regardless of race, education, or wealth, should have the opportunity to thrive while doing dignified work that enhances the community. By ensuring every family has a voice, we can ensure access to good jobs, healthcare, and affordable housing while confronting economic exploitation.
Moral Economy Campaign – Issue Priorities:
- Eliminating predatory lending practices, including payday and title lending
- Ensuring access to basic needs, including healthy food, healthcare, and housing
- Fighting for good, dignified jobs with a living wage and fair working conditions
