DESCRIPTION:Early voting runs from Tuesday\, October 13 to Friday\, October 30\, 2020. Polls are open from 7AM-7PM Monday-Saturday and 1-6PM on Sundays. Registered\, eligible voters can vote at ANY polling location in their county of residence during early voting. \nIn our current social climate\, Dallas County is expected to have a general election like we have never seen before. \n\n20% more voters than in 2016\n2x longer ballot\, ranging from 28-66 pages long\nNo straight ticket voting for the first time\, meaning every voter takes longer\nMore new and infrequent voters\nNew\, unfamiliar voting machines\nCOVID-19 Safety and Social Distancing requirements\n\nThese factors could create unprecedented lines and difficulties for Dallas County voters if we aren’t prepared.
